The Digital Marketing Staff will handling our digital platform in social media channel like Instagram and TikTok to promote our products and bulid a brand awareness. You will maintain our website to post the marketing materials (menu promo, pop up menu, update e-menu, content/copy writing, live chat response, etc). Also handling the customer for any reservation request or event.
You must be have passionate of digital technology, data analytical skill, and eager to research about digital marketing, especially in F&B field.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and handling our Digital Platform: E-Menu, Social Media, Website
- Collaboration with external partner to improve sales and brand awareness
- Organize our followers insight in social media channel (react, reply, comment, direct message)
- Create the marketing content materials for our digital platform
- Control WA bussiness all of our outlet (profile setting, status, description, catalog, template auto reply, dan response time)
- Conduct research on market trends, consumers and competitors
Qualification :
- Diploma Degree or Higher in any major
- Maximun age 35 years, Min height 160 cm (men) 155 cm (women), Max Weight 80 kg (men/women)

- In-depth knowledge of various social media and e-commerce platforms
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing & ecommerce channels
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
